Curriculum:

 

  1. Complete understanding and teaching of the 26 postures of classic Hatha Yoga and Pranayama breathing.
  2. Description of the benefits of each posture.
  3. Timing of the postures in 90 minutes class and one hour class.
  4. Anatomy of Yoga: The study of anatomy specifically as it is related to Yoga. This will help you to gain a deeper understanding of what is happening beneath the skin, to prevent from injuries and teach with confident.
  5. Voice projection with Dialogue: using the voice to inspire students and direct energy and correction. Encourage new students, verbal instruction and voice skills.
  6. Student-teacher-relationship, how to connect with all students.
  7. Motivational lectures, the art of Self Confidence and Personality Development.
  8. Pranayama and Meditation.
  9. Teaching skills to teach Yoga class in Schools, offices, Health & sports Club, in a Hot Yoga Room, Normal room temperature at Home and in open air or on the Beach
  10. Visiting Lecturers and Senior Teachers.

 

NOTE: Trainees will undergo individual evaluation throughout the training.

After successfully completion:

Ceremony for Hand out Certification of Completion
